Epic's Agent Factory lets customers build their own AI agents
Epic's Agent Factory, announced in January, is moving into a new stage where Epic will quickly put it into customers' hands, according to Epic software developer Derek De Young. The platform leverages 129 AI features in Epic, enabling organizations to shape existing AI features and build new agentic features for revenue cycle management, clinical decision making, and patient engagement.
