Linux Foundation to govern TRACE, open standard for AI runtime attestation

TRACE (Trust, Runtime Attestation and Compliance Evidence) is a new open specification for verifiable evidence of how AI agents and confidential workloads run, developed by AMD, Intel, Microsoft, OPAQUE, and TII. It combines existing standards (RATS, EAT, SLSA, SCITT, SPIFFE, EAR) into a portable evidence layer.
