NVIDIA releases Nemotron 3.5 Lightning and NeMo Switchyard

Nemotron 3.5 Lightning is an open 30B mixture-of-experts model with 3B active parameters, delivering up to 4x the output speed of similar-sized models for high-volume agentic workloads. NVIDIA also released NeMo Switchyard, an open-source library that routes each task to the best model. The model is free for companies to download, use and modify.
