A Reddit user generated 9-second video clips using the MiniMax H3 hybrid model (minimax_h3_hybrid_fl2va_ref2va_b20) with a video VAE, running on an RTX 5060 Ti. The clips were composited in Inshot, and a Turbo LoRA was used.
