Anthropic open-sources Claude Commerce Agents blueprint

A small training company owner working with immigrants and ESOL clients says AI-written emails have shifted client communication, and a recent incident left the poster concerned recipients don't realize they're offending people.

Sessions group requests and show which coding agent or app ran each one — Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor — with cost, models, providers, and cached-input share. Session affinity runs by default on text and chat requests, routing each turn to the provider that served the previous one.
