AWS Bedrock AgentCore adds governance, policy, and async patterns

AWS announced new Amazon Bedrock AgentCore capabilities: AgentCore Gateway for governing agent tool access, natural-language authoring of Dogwood policies, domain/date filters for Web Search, and asynchronous invocation patterns for serverless pipelines. McKinsey reports ~80% of organizations have encountered risky AI agent behavior.
