Fastino launches GLiNER2.5 with boundary-prediction architecture

GLiNER2.5 replaces span enumeration with boundary prediction, scoring where entities start and end. Across 16 benchmarks, it achieves higher average F1 scores than GLiNER2, including on classification and extraction tasks.
