Claude research version improves Riemann zeta zero bound to 67.2%

An unreleased research version of Claude raised the proven fraction of Riemann zeta zeros satisfying the hypothesis from 41.6% to 67.2%. Mathematicians had moved the bound only 0.8 points in the prior 37 years; Claude also produced a formally verifiable proof, vetted by experts Brian Conrey and Dan Goldston.
