ChatGPT AgentForger Flaw Allowed Unauthorized Agent Deployment

The AgentForger vulnerability, a CSRF flaw in OpenAI's ChatGPT Agent Builder, enabled attackers to stealthily deploy rogue autonomous agents via phishing links. OpenAI addressed the issue on June 8, 2026, and plans to deprecate the Agent Builder tool by November 30, 2026.
