Attack hijacks Claude Code via Sentry; similar exposure in Datadog, PagerDuty, Jira

A single fake error report from Sentry hijacked Claude Code in controlled testing, giving attackers full developer privileges without triggering any alerts. The same exposure exists in Datadog, PagerDuty, and Jira, according to Tenet Security's disclosure.
