Claude Code 2.1.243 adds Loops breakdown, modelPicker
Claude Code 2.1.243 ships 60 CLI changes, including a Loops breakdown in /usage showing per-loop run count, total tokens, tokens per run, and last run. It also adds a modelPicker setting to curate the /model picker with an ordered, labeled list of models, plus promptCacheTtl and subagentPromptCacheTtl settings for 1-hour prompt caching.
