AI-driven hiring freeze leaves job seekers rejected

The Atlantic reports that despite a 4.3% jobless rate, hiring has frozen, with applicants sending AI-crafted résumés and HR using AI to sift them, leading to mass rejections. One UC Davis graduate applied to 200 jobs and got 200 rejections.
