By using AIBriefs ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Service Description

AIBriefs is a news aggregation and curation service that collects AI-related content from public sources and presents it as synthesized signal cards. The service is provided as-is and may change without notice.

User Accounts

You may use AIBriefs without an account. Creating an account (via Google sign-in) enables preference syncing across devices.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service in bulk.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Submit false, misleading, or abusive feedback.

Content

AIBriefs aggregates and synthesizes content from third-party sources using AI. Summaries and headlines are generated by AI models and may contain inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content. Always refer to original sources for authoritative information.

Intellectual Property

Original source content belongs to its respective authors and publishers. AI-generated summaries are provided for informational purposes. The AIBriefs brand, design, and code are our property.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings panel.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
