Vercel AI Gateway adds async video generation

AI Gateway now supports asynchronous video generation, letting apps use webhooks, polling, or later retrieval instead of keeping a request open. Existing generateVideo calls continue to work; all four options support text-to-video, image-to-video, and reference-to-video.
