AMD to invest up to $5B in Anthropic in computing power deal
AMD will invest up to $5 billion in Anthropic, with the AI lab deploying up to 2 gigawatts of AMD's Instinct MI450 GPUs. Anthropic begins using the accelerators in the first half of 2027, with chips built around AMD's Helios supercomputing systems.
