New ChatGPT desktop app rolls out globally with Work and Codex modes

The app merges ChatGPT and Codex into Work and Codex modes, available on macOS and Windows across all plans including Free. The classic chat mode is removed, causing confusion among users. Sites is in beta for Pro and Plus users.
