Anthropic Q3 revenue hits $16.8B but growth slows sharply

Cresta, founded in 2017 out of the Stanford Artificial Intelligence Laboratory by Zayd Enam with Tim Shi, Sebastian Thrun and Andre Esteva, is joining Salesforce. It emerged from stealth in 2020 with AI that coached contact-center agents in real time.
