Claude Code 2.1.266 fixes gateway sign-in regression
Version 2.1.266 reverts a 2.1.265 change that made the undocumented CLAUDE_CODE_USE_GATEWAY variable force Cloud-gateway sign-in on its own, breaking LLM-gateway and proxy setups with "Not signed in to the Cloud gateway" errors. The variable is ignored again unless ANTHROPIC_BASE_URL and ANTHROPIC_AUTH_TOKEN are both set; no config change needed.
