H3 FL2VA checkpoint runs on RTX 4070 with ~6 GiB VRAM

Benchmark of the full BF16 H3 FL2VA checkpoint at 1376×768 and 243 frames (~10.1s at 24fps) shows the diffusion block adds roughly 5.8–6.3 GiB over idle. On a Windows RTX 4070 system, the whole-GPU footprint stays within the card's 12 GB.
