Claude Code v2.1.186 adds MCP CLI login/logout commands

Claude Code 2.1.186 enables authenticating MCP servers from the CLI via `claude mcp login` and `logout`, with `--no-browser` support for SSH. The release also adds status filtering, a Skills tab, iTerm2 mode, and fixes for streaming failures after sleep and subagent transcript glitches.
