OpenAI reported that GPT-5.6 Sol Ultra produced a proof of a 50-year-old math conjecture. The Luna variant delivers GPT-5.5-level reasoning at 25x lower cost. GPT-5.6 also tops the DeepSWE leaderboard at 73%.
