OpenAI launches GPT-5.6 models Sol, Terra, and Luna

The GPT-5.6 family includes Sol (frontier), Terra (cost-efficient), and Luna (distilled) models, rolling out across ChatGPT, Codex, and the API. Computer Use gets a picture-in-picture upgrade with faster performance. GPT-5.6 is also the preferred model in Microsoft 365 Copilot.
