MiniMax open-sources H3, SOTA open video generation model

MiniMax says H3 tops both LMArena and Artificial Analysis benchmarks as the SOTA open video generation model. The open weights run locally on a single RTX 5090, and deployment in the US, EU, UK, and South Korea requires a separate license beyond the standard community license.
