Claude Code 2.1.198 ships with Claude in Chrome GA, background agents

Claude Code 2.1.198 makes Claude in Chrome generally available and sets subagents to run in background by default. Background agents can auto-commit, push, and open draft PRs, alongside 32 CLI changes and numerous bug fixes.
