Claude Code 2.1.168 fixes bugs, sub-agents can nest 5 levels deep

Sub-agents can now spawn their own sub-agents up to 5 levels deep, and Amazon Bedrock reads AWS region from ~/.awsconfig when AWS_REGION is unset. Fixes include session compaction for 1M context without credits and fixes for background agents and availableModel restrictions.
