Claude Code v2.1.211 released with forward-subagent-text flag and fixes

Adds --forward-subagent-text flag and CLAUDE_CODE_FORWARD_SUBAGENT_TEXT environment variable for including subagent text in stream-json output. Also fixes permission previews with bidirectional-override and zero-width characters.
