Claude Code releases version 2.1.185

Stream-stall hint now triggers after 20 seconds of silence (up from 10). Destructive git commands and terraform/pulumi/cdk destroy are blocked unless explicitly requested. Also fixes TUI corruption on Windows Terminal under heavy subagent load.
