llama.cpp adaptive MTP mode proposed in PR #27210

New llama.cpp PR adds an adaptive multi-token prediction mode driven by a counting-style state machine that dynamically sets MTP depth. The author posted it to r/LocalLLaMA inviting the community to test it.
