Claude Code 2.1.186 adds MCP CLI login, workflow filters, and more

Adds `claude mcp login` and `logout` commands for authenticating MCP servers from the CLI with --no-browser support. Also adds status filtering in /workflows view, a Skills section in /pluginInstalled tab, and various bug fixes.
