OpenAI's ChatGPT Work brings AI agents to white-collar workers

ChatGPT Work, released last month, is available on OpenAI's lowest subscription tier for $20/month, giving non-engineers autonomous AI agents for tasks like writing documents and managing workflows. Lead engineer Andrew Ambrosino says the desktop app now controls his inbox, Slack, and apps like Notion and Figma.
