Anthropic releases Claude Fable 5, its most capable model

Available via Claude Code 2.1.170, Fable 5 is free to test until June 22 and then costs 2x the usage of Opus. It scores #1 on Cognition's FrontierCode benchmark and Anthropic claims it exceeds all previous generally available Claude models. The model comes with 1M context by default.
