Anthropic pauses token-based billing for Claude Agent SDK

Anthropic announced May 13 it would bill Agent SDK usage at API rates starting June 15, but paused the change just before it took effect. Heavy users can continue using their existing subscription limits, avoiding substantial cost increases.
