Claude Code 2.1.181 adds /config syntax, Apple Events support

New /config key=value syntax allows setting any prompt setting (e.g., /config thinking=false). Added sandbox.allowAppleEvents for macOS Apple Events, CLAUDE_CLIENT_PRESENCE_FILE env var, and Bun 1.4 upgrade.
