Claude Code v2.1.195 released with mouse click disable option

New version adds CLAUDE_CODE_DISABLE_MOUSE_CLICKS to disable mouse interactions in fullscreen mode while keeping scroll. Also fixes hook matchers with hyphenated identifiers to use exact matching.
