Claude Code 2.1.204 fixes hook streaming, background stalls, and 15+ bugs
Fixes hook events not streaming during SessionStart hooks in headless sessions, fixes background sessions becoming unresponsive, and fixes a 15–20 second stall on macOS due to false low-memory detection. Also adds login expiry warning and manual permission mode badge.
