Anthropic releases Claude Opus 5 with 1M context
Claude Opus 5 is available on Amazon Bedrock, Claude API, and Claude Code. It offers 1M token context and fast mode at $10/$50 per Mtok. Anthropic says it approaches Fable 5's intelligence at half the price, and Perplexity reported it outperformed all models except Fable 5 on WANDR while being 57% cheaper.
