Qwen 3.8-27B's UD-IQ4_XS build from Unsloth is a 13.3GB download running on a 16GB RTX 4070 Ti Super at 16K context, served via llama.cpp at ~33.7 tokens per second. It built a working Snake game in one shot in a Pygame test.
