Qwen2.5-Coder-1.5B fine-tune writes shell commands, runs on laptop CPU

Fine-tuned Qwen2.5-Coder-1.5B on 125k natural-language/command pairs, then quantized it to a 941MB Q4_K_M model running through llama.cpp. The author says it outputs shell commands on a laptop CPU in about a second.
