GesturePortal is a local, open-source ComfyUI project that turns a webcam into a gesture-controlled AI camera: hold up two L-shaped hands and a window opens inside the feed showing an anime version of the scene. Moving your hands moves the window; releasing the gesture closes it. It runs locally with no API.
