Z.ai releases open-weight GLM-5.3

Z.ai released GLM-5.3, an open-weight model built on the same base as GLM-5.2 with scaled post-training, claiming a 50% gain over GLM-5.2 on Code Bench. It's available on Hugging Face and day-0 on Databricks, Together AI, Modular Cloud, and Tinker.
