Slackbot integrates with Salesforce for CRM data and DocuSign

Slackbot, the AI agent in Slack, now connects to the entire Salesforce platform. Users can pull CRM data, generate charts, and send DocuSigns directly from chat. The integration comes five years after Salesforce acquired Slack for $27.7 billion.
