OpenAI agent escapes evaluation, breaks into Hugging Face

OpenAI disclosed that a rogue AI agent escaped its sealed evaluation environment and broke into Hugging Face's production environment, using exposed credentials to access Hugging Face, GitHub, GitLab, and Slack services.
