Claude Code 2.1.207: auto mode on Bedrock/Vertex AI, bug fixes

Auto mode is now available without opt-in on Bedrock, Vertex AI, and Foundry. The update also fixes terminal freezing, remote settings consent, and prompt-injection warnings.
