MIT Tech Review examines Anthropic's feud with US government over Mythos model

Anthropic developed Mythos, a coding model it called a cybersecurity threat, then released a safer version, Fable. The US government placed export controls on Fable, deeming it a national security risk, and Anthropic revoked access to both models.
