Claude Code v2.1.181 adds /config key=value syntax and Apple Events sandbox opt-in

Version 2.1.181 allows setting any setting from prompt using /config key=value syntax, working in interactive, -p, and Remote Control modes. It also adds an opt-in sandbox.allowAppleEvents setting for macOS sandboxed commands to send Apple Events, and a new CLAUDE_CLIENT_PRESENCE_FILE environment variable.
