xAI sues man for using Grok to generate CSAM deepfakes

xAI is suing South Carolina man Terry Wayne Harwood for allegedly using its Grok AI chatbot to generate child sexual abuse material. The lawsuit claims Harwood knowingly circumvented safeguards to produce the deepfakes.
