OpenAI replaces ChatGPT Mac app with Codex, renames old app ChatGPT Classic

The existing ChatGPT Mac app is now called ChatGPT Classic, replaced by a new desktop app based on Codex. The new app retains Codex's appearance and includes the Codex icon as an option.
