Community releases GGUF quantizations for Hy3 and Nemotron-Labs-Audex-30B

The 295B parameter Hy3 MoE and the audio-capable 30B Nemotron-Labs-Audex-30B-A3B models are now available in GGUF format. The release includes imatrix quantization, KLD/PPL measurements against BF16 reference logits, and llama-bench throughput data.
