OpenAI launches GPT-5.6, brings Codex into ChatGPT

GPT-5.6 introduces Sol and Terra variants, with Sol setting new SOTAs on ARC-AGI-3 (7.8%) and cybersecurity benchmarks. Codex is now embedded in ChatGPT, adding computer use, PR chat, and inline code editing.
