Claude Code 2.1.203 addresses background session stalling

Claude Code 2.1.203 fixes a macOS regression where background agent sessions stalled 15-20 seconds due to false low-memory detection. It also resolves background sessions becoming permanently unresponsive when the daemon session token goes stale, with automatic recovery.
